Delete your OpenEarn account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or here on the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open OpenEarn and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

This works for every account, including guest accounts.

On the web

If you no longer have the app, sign in on our deletion page with your OpenEarn username or email and password.

Delete my account on the web

Guest accounts have no password, so delete them in the app. Forgot your password? Reset it in the app, or email support@openearn.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: username, email, name, gender, birth date, location and photo.
  • Your AI chats, generated images and videos, and audio transcripts.
  • Your notification settings and push notification tokens.
  • Your coin balance. Coins cannot be recovered after deletion.

You are signed out on every device and the account can no longer be used.

What we keep

Only records that no longer identify you: coin transaction amounts and dates, referral and activity counts, and pseudonymous usage analytics. We keep these for fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
